Currently I have been working with new R-package called regstudies with Juho Kopra and Reijo Sund. Package has functions to handle register based data, which is widely used for example in Finnish healthcare and social science studies. Package makes easier to handle different kind of timestamp datasets, where one person can have multiple events and diagnoses. Package is designed on top of the tidyverse and will be available in CRAN in near future. You can download and follow the project in regstudies-homepage.
